How to get help
Contact Veysel Baysal at vyslbaysal@gmail.com or use the partner contact on Atlassian Marketplace. Include the app version, affected view and expected result. Share your Jira site URL only if needed; do not send passwords, API tokens or unnecessary work item data.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the JQL query returns work items in Jira.
- Check the configured start, end and story point fields in Settings.
- Confirm that your Jira account can view the affected work items.
- For date changes, confirm that your account can edit the configured date fields. Review the current and proposed dates before confirming the save.
- If a mapped field is not a date field, choose the correct field in Settings > Field mapping. An omitted edit-screen field alone does not mean the Jira API cannot update it; Jira applies the final edit restrictions when saving.
- If a date change is refused because Jira dates changed after the preview, refresh the view and review the latest dates before trying again.
- For export issues, include the selected format, scope and browser.
Browser records
Open Settings > Browser records to clear this account's saved views, JQL queries and preferences for the current Jira site. Review and confirm the deletion; the app reloads afterward. Other accounts' or sites' records and downloaded reports are left unchanged. If clearing fails, use the browser's site-data controls. Those controls can also remove legacy records that predate account/site separation.
Languages
Support requests may be submitted in English or Turkish. The app opens in English on first use and remembers your language selection in this browser. Changing the language does not rename or remove saved views or change their JQL.
