Five-minute quick start

Query, group, review

  1. Open Settings. Create a saved view with a name and JQL query, or select an existing Jira filter.
  2. Map your fields. Confirm the start date, end date and story point fields used by your Jira site.
  3. Build the hierarchy. Search for grouping fields, add more than one level and drag them into the order your team uses.
  4. Shape the view. Add columns, choose story points or issue count for progress, and switch between day, week, month and year.
  5. Share the plan. Export the current view or every expanded branch as PDF or PNG.

The five-minute guide assumes the app is installed and the relevant Jira fields and permissions are available. Setup time varies with query scope and field mapping.

Saved views

Keep frequently used JQL plans in the browser and reopen them from Settings. Preferences and view definitions are browser-local, separated by Jira site and account. Clear this account's records from Settings > Browser records.

Timeline controls

Use List + Gantt or List mode. Day, week, month and year scales adapt the timeline while Today brings the current date back into view.

Progress and effort

Show status, assignee, dates, estimates and readable story point badges. Parent rows aggregate the work beneath them.

Date updates

Drag a work bar or choose dates for an undated item, then review the current and proposed dates. Jira is updated only after you confirm and your permissions allow it. Undo the latest change through another confirmation.

Exports

Choose PDF or PNG, scope, title, visible columns and quality. Review the preview before downloading.

Languages

The app interface supports English and Turkish. First use defaults to English; use the language selector to switch to Turkish. Existing language choices, saved views and JQL are retained when updating the app.
